The Prospect area was to house a new supermarket namely Kaufland to rival Adelaide supermarket industry, Bennett Plumbing and Civil undertook remediation of the site including stormwater infrastructure at Prospect.

Level 1 supervision was required for the fill construction. The size of this project in the CBD area was one of the largest for a supermarket to undertake. Erosion and sediment control were maintained throughout the project.

Bennett Plumbing and Civil is had completed the project on time in conjunction with Sarah Construction, unfortunately then Kaufland pulled from Australian project which Bennett Plumbing and Civil where given the task to remove all services installed to wait for the next phase of this prospect area.
