The Mount Barker area is a growing area for families to build their forever home, this gave the opportunity for Bennett Plumbing and Civil to complete community titles of 45 allotments for these families to build a home.

Level 1 supervision was required for the allotment fill construction. Erosion and sediment control were maintained throughout the project.

Bennett Plumbing and Civil successfully delivered the project within the timeline allowed even with the winter conditions that prevailed through the wettest winter for a number of years.
