The existing Henley Beach area gave the opportunity for Bennett Plumbing and Civil to complete a subdivision of 42 allotments with a future apartment block.

Level 1 supervision was required for the allotment fill construction. Erosion and sediment control were maintained throughout the project.

Bennett Plumbing and Civil successfully delivered the project within the tight, critical timelines nominated in the contract to ensure allotment sale dates were met.
